Athletics Wear S.A.S takes your order to the address you want between 2 and 8 business days, providing coverage in the main cities of Colombia, through TCC. Your shipment will be completely free; (Only at the national level – Colombia.)
The delivery will be made at the address indicated at the time of check out to any responsible person of legal age who is at home at the time of delivery, for which the signature of the transporter’s guide will suffice. Includes for residential units or buildings with porter service, the reception and signature of the porter. The delivery time for Medellín is 2 business days, for main cities it is 4 business days and for the rest of the country, we deliver your order within a period of up to 8 business days.
The delivery time will begin to count from the confirmation of payment, it will be sent through a message to your email. For payments with credit and debit cards, our payment processor PayU must approve the transaction according to the data analysis, which may take up to one business day.
- If your purchase is confirmed before 3 p.m. From Monday to Friday, the first business day is the day you make the purchase and from that day the delivery time will begin to count.
- If your purchase is confirmed after 3 p.m., the delivery time will start counting from the next business day of confirmation of your purchase.
- If you make a purchase on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the delivery time will start counting from the next business day of confirmation of your purchase.
If at the time of receiving your order you notice any novelty in the packaging or its condition, this must be recorded in the comments field of the transport guide.
Deliveries cannot be made at an exact time and if there is no one at home, the carrier will make up to two additional delivery attempts. In case of not being able to make the delivery, the product will be returned to our warehouse and we will contact you to arrange a new shipment. Remember that purchases made at www.athleticswear.co cannot be withdrawn at our point of sale.
International Shipping Policy
The dispatch of your merchandise will depend on the value of the invoice, if it is less than USD 5,000, the merchandise will be dispatched via Courier. For this shipment we will suggest a reliable company in the handling of the merchandise, however, you can choose the company of your preference, under your responsibility.
IMPORTANT: Destinations that require labeling, minimum descriptions, registrations or permits for the importation of clothing, will receive special handling, which will be agreed between the parties.
Payment for your merchandise must be made in US dollars (USD).
Currently, we offer the option of payment through bank transfer, PayPal, or through external agents such as MoneyGram, Wester Union.
The merchandise is subject to payment of taxes in the destination country which are your responsibility in addition to bank commissions and shipping costs, which must be borne by you as the buyer.
In case of exchanges and returns, the shipping costs or entry taxes to the country must be covered by the customer.
